Our Mission

The core services that Coulter Consulting Services, LLC provides is an assessment of the physical environment scheduled as an on-site program review which includes areas of Fire/Life Safety, Environment of Care (EC), and Emergency Management (EM) to help ensure facility continuous survey readiness.

Depending on the size and complexity of the organization, the assessment will consist of a 2 or 3 day initial audit to determine readiness of the program. Additional time may be included dependent on the needs of the organization and the visits may be extended as indicated for additional areas of focus and to assist in plan development. 

Visits from Coulter Consulting Services, LLC are structured to provide evaluation of Environment of Care, Emergency Management and Life/Fire Safety, and are structured to provide evaluation of your organization's physical environment program, provide program development support, and address any changes in standards and interpretations, as well as provide staff education relative to the physical environment.

The goal is for organizations to enhance survey readiness to ensure markedly fewer and less significant findings than those who start preparing for survey when they enter their "window for survey".
